I would like to point to the OSX package manager. Using the options above the share can be unmounted via the finder. I created a folder at ~/mount where I have created empty directories for common shares. The path for the mountpoint can be any empty directory on your system. But that solution only works for about 5 minutes. I can (sort of) solve the issue by reinstalling Spotify. I know I have an active internet connection on the device (The Transformer TF101 if you're interested), so that's not the problem. Spotify only ever reports me as Offline using the Android app. It just says offline, i have tried reinstalling it but no effect. My spotify is stuck in Offline mode it seems, I almost can't do anything no radio no daily mix and stuff. If you want the share to show up in the Finder you'll need to pass in some arguments to the sshfs command, e.g.: my main interest is finding something that performs better than mounted Windows file shares. So far I've had no trouble with the mounted shares, and I'm working on benchmarking VS mounted smb shares.
